Returns & Exchange

Please take note that we will only accept these below return/exchange reasons:

1. Incorrect Size Sent
2. Incorrect Item Sent
3. Manufacturer Defect Item

Due to hygiene reason, we do not do any returns and refund for earrings. You have [7] calendar days to exchange defect and wrong item sent from the date you received it. Items that claimed as defect after [7] days from the date received will be considered as human-caused defect. We will not bear this loss.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returning and exchanging your item unless is seller's problems (wrong item, wrong size sent and manufacturer defect)
